ACCENT collects one piece of data: a randomly generated device identifier (UUID). This ID is created locally on your device the first time you launch the game. It is not tied to your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information.
We use this ID solely to remember which content packs you have purchased, so your purchases persist across sessions and page refreshes.
Your device UUID and purchase entitlements are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by defimagic. The database endpoint is accent-save.kingshotpro.workers.dev. Entitlement data is only queried when you load the game or complete a purchase.
Stripe — processes web payments. When you purchase a content pack via the web, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout. Stripe handles all payment card data. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was completed, along with your device UUID (used to grant access to the purchased pack). Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Apple / Google — if you purchase through a native iOS or Android app, payments are handled by Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing respectively. We do not receive your payment details.
ElevenLabs — was used to generate audio clips during development. ElevenLabs does not receive any player data at runtime. Audio files are served as static files with no runtime connection to ElevenLabs.
We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), or social login providers.
ACCENT is rated for ages 13 and above (App Store) and 12 and above (Google Play). The game is not directed at children under these ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.
Purchase entitlement records are retained indefinitely so that paid content remains accessible. To request deletion of your data, email dan.cohen@defimagic.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Please include your device UUID if you have it (visible in the game's Settings screen). We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Entitlement data is transmitted over HTTPS. No payment card data is stored by defimagic at any point — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, Apple, or Google.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, notify users through the game.
